Download MacZip, StuffIt or any unzip program.
Download and Unzip the file to your computer.
Select the file and drag it into itunes. File will automatically copy into the ringtones section.
Connect your iphone to your computer (please note: the ringtones must be on whatever computer you normally sync to. You cannot sync ringtones from another computer.)
Go to the ringtones tab and select sync all ringtones Sync your iphone After that you can go to your sounds folder on your iphone to select the new ringtone.
